Worlds of Magic: Planar Conquest Coming Next Week to Xbox One

Worlds of Magic: Planar Conquest has been announced for release on Xbox One by developers Teyon. Worlds of Magic: Planar Conquest, the turn-based 4X strategy, will be available digitally via the Xbox store worldwide next Friday, 24th March with a price of £23.19/$28.99/€28.99.
